The Liberty Mutual Reinsurance early careers programme will provide you with the opportunity to shape and influence the career path you want to take. You will experience structured learning and on-the-job training to build a strong foundation for your career.

Our programmes consists of rotations across business, and offers varied opportunities. You will have the chance to explore Underwriting, Claims, or some of our many support functions such as Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics or Actuarial, if you have an eye for numbers.

We offer tailored development activities that will develop you professionally and personally for current and future roles.
