Biography
Eric was appointed CUO of Property, Liberty Mutual Reinsurance (LM Re) in June 2023.
He is responsible for the underwriting and development of our global Property business. He also oversees the Agriculture and Parametric teams that he launched in 2010.
In addition, Eric was appointed Branch Manager of the Paris Reinsurance office in 2008 and Head of Region, Continental Europe, MENA and Latin America for LM Re. He is responsible for aligning local market approaches with the global LM Re strategy with a focus on regional footprint, development, and profitability.
Eric joined Liberty in 2003 from AXA Re where he was a Senior US and Retro underwriter.
Eric has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
Eric has a postgraduate degree in applied mathematics from Dauphine University and ENSAE (French National school for statistics and administration).
